Our Industrial Sandblasting and painting company is in need of full-time Painters/Sandblasters to join our staff. You will be responsible for rehabbing and painting steel structures, storage tanks, and piping for the oil industry. Our work is safety sensitive and safety training will be provided and working safely in confined spaces and at heights will be part of your daily activities. We’re looking for hard working, responsible individuals, experience is a plus but not required. We offer a competitive salary and full benefits after 90 days of employment.
Painter responsibilities and duties
Sandblasting, power washing and painting the interiors and exterior of tanks, piping, buildings in an industrial setting.
Work with other construction professionals, such as pipe fitters, welders, carpenters, electricians to prepare a tank or piping for service.
Protect all nearby facilities and buildings before and during every painting job.
Practice self-supervision on small jobs and ensure you complete each project in an efficient, timely manner
Painter qualifications and skills
Hard Working, willing to work long hours long days away from home. extensive travel is required, the cost of hotel and food are also included with your salary.
Responsible, work safely and follow safety requirements at all times, show up to work on time, every day. Experience is not necessary, just an attitude to be a big part of our teams success to work safely and efficiently to complete the customers project.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 70 per week
