Set forms for footings, foundation walls, and flatwork
Place, level, and finish concrete for interior floors, exterior slabs, sidewalks, and agricultural facilities
Ensure proper grading, reinforcement, and overall quality throughout each pour
Assist with erecting pre-engineered and wood-framed buildings
Install roofing, siding, insulation, flashings, and other exterior components
Perform rough and finish carpentry as needed
Frame interior walls and install doors, trims, and additional woodwork
A detail-driven mindset with pride in producing clean, accurate work
A strong work ethic and an ownership mentality on every job
Ability to stay productive in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment
Comfort working outdoors in a wide range of weather conditions
