We welcome applicants who speak and understand Japanese. While English is the main language in the office, there are situations where Japanese language skills are helpful.
Join our warm and friendly team at Kodama Koi Farm, where our mission is to bring joy to people through beautiful Japanese koi.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders
- Handle shipping arrangements
- Manage and update inventory
- Respond to phone calls and emails
We are a small team, so reliable daily attendance is very important.
We are looking for someone who can work consistently without frequent or unexpected absences.
If you’re a dependable person who can support the daily flow of operations with care and responsibility, we’d love to have you on our team.
You may be a great fit if you:
- Are responsible and committed to coming to work every day
- Have good health management and are rarely absent or late
- Work well in small teams and value collaboration
- Have basic computer skills (typing, editing, spreadsheets, etc.)
- Have at least 5 years of work experience, ideally in office or customer service roles
- Can speak or understand Japanese – very welcome but not required

Please Note:
- This is a 100% in-person position at our Mililani Agricultural Park office.
- Remote work is not available. Reliable transportation is required.
- Our location is about 5 minutes from Mililani Safeway (access via dirt road).
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (8-hour shift, no weekends)
Pay:
$16 – $25 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
