Pearl Glow Aesthetic Spa & Salon is looking for a talented, professional, and friendly Licensed Cosmetologist / Hair Stylist to join our growing team. As we approach our busy season, we’re looking for someone who is passionate about hair, provides excellent customer service, and wants to grow with our salon.
Responsibilities
- Men’s, women’s, and children’s haircuts
- Wash, blowouts, styling, and finishing
- Hair color and root touch-ups
- Highlights and balayage
- Hair treatments
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look
- Recommend appropriate services and treatments
- Work confidently with a variety of hair types and textures
- Maintain a clean and professional work area
- Provide a welcoming, high-quality experience for every client
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Cosmetology License required
- Hair cutting and coloring experience preferred
- Experience with highlights and balayage preferred
- Professional, dependable, and punctual
- Friendly with strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working with a variety of hair types and textures
- Must be willing to work as part of a team
- Weekend availability preferred

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
We are currently hiring for both full-time and part-time positions. Scheduling can be flexible based on availability, with opportunities for additional days and hours as our clientele continues to grow.

Pay: $25.00 - $60.00 per hour
