Position: Sales Solution Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and bilingual (English/Spanish) individual to join our team as a Sales Solution Specialist. In this role, you will help customers find the best mobile solutions and provide top-notch customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell mobile devices and promote Cricket Wireless plans and services
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service, including basic technical support
- Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions
- Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations
