Travel as a BCBA within our Cicero Therapies family of clinics!
Our clinics across seven states are set within rolling plains of the Midwest, towns nestled in the mountains, or warm climates and sandy beaches. Assignments are typically 3-6 months and include a salary, bonus, and living expense stipend. Also, choose a Cicero state as your home base (IL, IN, GA, SC, NC, AL, VA, or MA)! In between travel assignments, work virtually or in-clinic to support other behavior analysts or RBTs!
Responsibilities:
- Implement applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques within the scope of Today's ABA to promote skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors in children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Utilize trauma-informed and assent-based programming and behavior intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with on-site ST, OT, PT, and Mental Health team members to provide comprehensive care for the client and family.
- Conduct thorough behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
- Provide training and supervision to caregivers, educators, and team members on behavioral strategies and intervention techniques.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining accurate medical records, documentation, and patient confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Understanding of need for licensure across Cicero practices' states (as applicable)
- Excellent communication skills for working effectively with clients, families, peers, and leaders across practices.
- Flexibility to travel between multiple locations as needed to provide services in various environments.
Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
