Entry level Marketing Coordinator- Hybrid Schedule

Currently looking for an entry level Marketing Coordinator to fill an opening with a well-established consumer goods client in the Lincoln, RI area. Interested candidates should have 1+ year of experience in sales, marketing or retail associate role and a strong desire to help promote our company product line and energetic brand image.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Marketing Coordinator
● Support the Retail Operations Teams to track new product rollouts, product resets, and markdowns for key customers.
- Assist with product merchandise displays requests from customers
- Utilize customer service skills in order to respond to account inquires and the resolution of operational problems.
- Coordinate merchandise shipments for retail customers
- Submit and track completion for customer events which consist of new, renovation, relocation, and store closings.
- Conduct 3rd Party Merchandising organizations photo audits
- Research common issues and strategizing on corrective action plans
- Participate in time studies prior to projects being executed in the field
- Review and process 3rd Party Merchandising org
● Maintains marketing library by checking and replenishing inventory.
● Provides sales/marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends.
● Some administrative support tasks will also be included, answering department phones, report generation, and clerical duties.
Requirements of the Entry level Marketing Coordinator
● Bachelor’s/ Associate's degree preferred
● Minimum 1 + year experience in retail, sales, marketing role
Pay rate $18.00-20.00
