Responsibilities
- Perform all phases of collision repair and bodywork
- Repair and replace damaged panels and components
- Complete metal finishing, body filler work, and panel alignment
- Ensure repairs meet manufacturer and company quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work collaboratively with estimators, painters, and other technicians
Qualifications
- 3 years previous auto body repair experience required
- Ability to perform quality repairs in a timely manner
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workmanship
- Knowledge of modern repair procedures and equipment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
- I-CAR certifications are a plus but not required
- Must have your own tools
