Our full service staffing agency in the heart of downtown Monroe is looking looking to add an energetic, detail-oriented individual to fill a Customer Service Representative opening. You would be responsible for identifying and matching qualified candidates to a wide range of our job opportunities and then managing employees after they are placed on the job. This position offers room for growth as well as an excellent benefits package!
Please note: this job is fully onsite, Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM with a 1 hour lunch
Responsibilities:
- Screen and interview potential candidates for clerical, light industrial and technical roles
- Provide timely feedback and follow up to clients regarding their staffing needs
- Administer assessments to identify specific skills in potential candidates
- Provide coaching and counselling to employees to ensure they are successful
- Build and maintain successful client relationships
- Other duties as needed
Qualified candidates will have a 2-year degree in Business or a related field with outstanding communication skills and proven working experience in a professional environment. You must also be able to multi-task and work with a sense of urgency. Strong data entry and MS Office skills also required.
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
