We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven recruiting professional to help us identify, attract, and hire top talent for our home health organization. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to support staffing needs across clinical and non-clinical positions. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, a proactive approach to sourcing, and a commitment to delivering an excellent candidate experience.
- Source, screen, and engage candidates for a variety of home health roles.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified talent through job boards, networking, referrals, and outreach.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and team priorities.
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and support the hiring process from initial contact through offer acceptance.
- Maintain accurate and timely records in the applicant tracking system.
- Promote the organization’s mission, culture, and employment opportunities in a professional and positive manner.
- Monitor recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on pipeline status and hiring progress.
- Support onboarding-related activities as needed to help ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or a related human resources function.
- Familiarity with healthcare recruiting, home health, or high-volume hiring environments is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple openings while staying organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable building relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and standard recruiting tools.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and candidate sourcing strategies.
