Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrates a strong commitment to delivering thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, ensuring adherence to our high standards. Proficient in identifying imperfections in paintwork, removing buffing residues between panels, and meticulously cleaning both interiors and exteriors to showcase our craftsmanship.
- Work Ethic: Dependable and diligent, with a dedication to completing tasks with efficiency and effectiveness.
- Preferred Experience: Previous experience in buffing and detailing within a commercial car wash or detailing environment.
- Team Collaboration: Exhibits a collaborative spirit, effectively contributing to a positive team dynamic and shop culture.
- Automotive Cleaning Proficiency: Knowledgeable in various cleaning products and techniques, including washing, waxing, and interior detailing.
- Professional Appearance: May drive customers back and forth, may pick up parts from dealerships, must represent our brand well in appearance and hygiene.
- Physical Stamina: Capable of standing and reaching for extended periods, as well as lifting heavy items as required.
- Required Documentation: Possession of a valid California Driver’s License and Social Security Card or equivalent is mandatory; candidates must successfully pass a background check.
- Footwear Compliance: Must wear slip-resistant and water-resistant footwear while on duty.
*** Experience in Buffing in a recent role is preferred.
