Weekday Evening Shift
3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
No weekends required!
Laurel Meadows Wellness & Rehabilitation is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a weekday evening shift position. This role is ideal for nurses who prefer afternoon/evening hours with their weekends free, while still working in a stable, resident-focused skilled nursing environment.

Weekdays only (Monday–Friday)
3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Evenings — no rotating shifts
Weekends off
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts
Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes
Complete accurate documentation (PCC, care plans, MDS as applicable)
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Participate in shift reports and hand-offs
Respond to emergencies and report incidents appropriately
Active Missouri LPN license (required)
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
1–2 years of skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
Current BLS/CPR certification
Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
PointClickCare (PCC) experience a plus
