Junior Marketing Position
Moderne Glass Co. Inc. is seeking a highly motivated individual that would be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive sales through social media, email marketing, digital advertising, and AI-powered content creation. Experience in the Promotional Products Industry is a plus!
Responsibilities
· Create engaging social media content and advertising campaigns targeting distributors and buyers in the promotional products industry.
· Utilize AI tools to develop compelling ad copy, marketing campaigns, graphics, videos, and promotional content.
· Develop marketing strategies for custom decorated drinkware, glassware, tumblers, mugs, and awards programs.
· Manage and grow company presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
· Create email marketing campaigns and promotional product launch announcements.
· Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.
· Research industry trends and identify new opportunities to reach promotional products distributors and end users.
· Collaborate with sales and product development teams to create effective marketing materials.
· Generate creative concepts that showcase our decorating capabilities, product innovations, and award recognition solutions.
· Travel will be required for tradeshows.
· Qualifications
· Experience in marketing, social media management, digital advertising, or related field.
· Strong understanding of AI marketing tools and content creation platforms.
· Excellent writing and communication skills.
· Experience in creating social media ads, videos, graphics, and promotional campaigns.
· Knowledge of the promotional products industry is a plus.
· Ability to work independently and generate fresh marketing ideas.
· Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, or similar marketing tools is preferred.
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
