Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal operation.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues related to electrical systems, including wiring, outlets, circuit breakers, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
- Conduct residential painting, and other handyman tasks to address various maintenance needs
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and manage inventory.
- Maintain facilities by performing tasks such as replacing fixtures, repairing appliances, and conducting safety checks in accordance with industry standards.
- Use tools like ohmmeters and schematics to troubleshoot electrical circuits effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and building codes during all maintenance activities.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing resident requests with professionalism and courtesy.
Skills
- Proficiency in electrical systems troubleshooting using tools such as ohmmeters.
- Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and electrical wiring is highly desirable.
- Skilled in , residential painting/touch up, and general facilities maintenance tasks.
- Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and record keeping.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and resident interactions.
- Ability to read schematics, and technical manuals accurately.
