About the Role
As an Inside Sales Account Executive, you will develop new B2B relationships and introduce business owners to Fortis’ payment solutions through consistent outbound outreach.
You will prospect new leads, engage with potential clients, and help them streamline their payment processes through our industry-leading platform and services.
What You’ll Do
- Prospecting & Lead Generation – Create new business relationships via outbound calls and follow-up communication while nurturing a provided database of prospective B2B clients.
- Client Engagement & Pipeline Management – Build relationships, conduct product presentations, and provide tailored solutions to business owners.
- Needs Analysis & Sales Negotiation – Assess client pain points, craft compelling proposals, negotiate terms, and close new accounts with transparency and integrity.
- Training & Development – Stay current on industry trends and participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements
Who You Are
- Experienced in cold calling, telesales, or inside sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and C-Suite executives.
- Ability to stay consistent in a high-volume, performance-driven environment.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Background in merchant services, financial technology, or payment processing is a plus but not required.
