Landmark Dental Studio is seeking an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator who understands that treatment acceptance is about more than presenting numbers—it is about educating patients, building confidence, removing barriers, and helping patients say "yes" to the care they need.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a proven performer with a track record of treatment acceptance, strong communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator
- Strong understanding of dental treatment planning and insurance benefits
- Proven success with case presentation and treatment acceptance
- Confidence discussing financial arrangements and payment options
- Ability to build trust quickly and establish strong patient relationships
- Organized, proactive, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Positive attitude with a growth mindset

Key Responsibilities:
- Present treatment plans with confidence and clarity
- Review insurance benefits and financial options
- Follow up on unscheduled treatment
- Track and improve treatment acceptance rates
- Work closely with doctors and clinical teams to create an exceptional patient experience
- Build patient trust through education and communication
- Help patients move from consultation to scheduled treatment
Compensation:
- $26.00–$31.00 per hour based on experience
