Accounts Payable Specialist
Advanced Crane & Material Handling LLC – San Antonio, TX
Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 (DOE)
We are a growing, veteran-owned industrial services company specializing in overhead cranes, material handling systems, structural steel, inspections, and maintenance. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to own our AP function and help keep our financial operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices accurately and on time
- Match purchase orders, receiving documents, and invoices
- Maintain vendor files and resolve discrepancies quickly
- Manage weekly payment runs and prioritize payments to support cash flow
- Communicate professionally with vendors regarding payment status and issues
- Assist with month-end close and provide clear reporting on payables
- Support accounts receivable processes as needed
- Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar preferred)
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently
Experience in a construction, industrial, or service-based company is a plus.
