Lead Residential Maintenance Technician (Full-Time)

Compensation: $30–$32 per hour, based on experience
City Street Investors is seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Residential Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who takes pride in their work, demonstrates strong troubleshooting and leadership skills, and thrives in an independent, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and lead day-to-day residential maintenance and repair activities across multiple properties
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, drywall, flooring, carpentry, and painting
- Lead, support, and mentor maintenance staff while ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards
- Prioritize and complete work orders, unit turns, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs in a timely manner
- Conduct unit and property inspections to identify maintenance needs and code compliance issues
- Coordinate with property management and external vendors as needed
- Assist with move-in/move-out inspections and renovation projects
- Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance supply inventory
- Deliver professional, responsive customer service to residents
- Accurately document completed work and materials used
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience (preferred)
- Prior residential or multifamily maintenance experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated leadership ability and strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively

- Ability to commute to Denver, CO (required)
