About the Role:
Apple Roofing is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing and field operations throughout the entire state of Delaware. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the home improvement or roofing industry, proven experience in lead generation, and a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
You will play a key role in driving brand growth, recruiting and developing a canvassing team, and generating qualified leads for our sales organization. This is a leadership role that combines hands-on fieldwork with strategic marketing execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Must be able to generate leads within the organization and meet KPIS
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing field marketing and canvassing team.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team through direct and digital marketing efforts.
- Develop and implement marketing and field strategies to maximize lead generation and brand exposure.
- Monitor and coach team performance to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly KPI goals are achieved.
- Conduct regular field training sessions and team-building activities to drive motivation and effectiveness.
- Personally contribute to lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.
- Oversee CRM utilization, tracking lead flow, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
- Manage and optimize social media campaigns (Facebook, Google Ads)
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing efforts with company goals and brand standards.
- Travel daily across Delaware to manage team operations, training, and canvassing efforts.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in field marketing, door-to-door sales, or team management (roofing or home improvement industry required).
- Proven experience as a Canvassing Manager or Canvasser with a strong background in door-to-door sales.
- Proven success in building, leading, and scaling high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in lead generation, customer acquisition, and marketing campaign management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies for improved performance.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Must be comfortable working in the field alongside the team.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel statewide across Delaware
- Extensive knowledge of roofing products, materials, and installation processes.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
