About the Role
We’re seeking a driven Sales & Customer Service Specialist to join our Arlington, TX team. You’ll be the voice of Direct Caps, building relationships with clients, processing orders, and helping us grow our brand in the headwear world.
What You’ll Do
✅ Answer phones, emails, and provide top-notch customer service
✅ Prepare billing, invoices, and process orders with precision
✅ Build connections with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers
✅ Leverage social media and online sales skills to boost our reach
✅ Stay organized and follow up on tasks efficiently
What We’re Looking For
✅Headwear, apparel, or accessory experience (preferred, not required)
✅ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
✅ Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
✅ Customer service or sales experience (2+ years preferred)
✅ College diploma or equivalent
✅ Ability to pass a criminal background check

Work Schedule
- Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (occasional weekends if needed)
- Location: Gardena, CA 90248 (relocation required before starting)
