Job Summary

Duties
- Manage and coordinate construction activities on-site, including scheduling, resource allocation, and safety compliance
- Operate power tools and safely to facilitate framing, roofing, siding, and other tasks
- Read blueprints and schematics thoroughly to guide construction processes and ensure adherence to design plans
- Conduct carpentry work including trim carpentry, framing, woodwork, and remodeling projects
- Install wood stud framing for interior walls or exterior facades with precision
- Perform roofing tasks such as shingling or membrane installation while maintaining safety standards
- Carry out restoration projects involving siding replacement or structural repairs
- Use hand tools effectively for various construction activities including masonry, carpentry, or finishing work
- Support team members in heavy lifting operations to move materials safely across the site
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction site environments with hands-on involvement in multiple trades such as metal building erection, masonry, carpentry, or concrete work
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings
- Ability to operate power tools and heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Skilled in metal stud framing, rebar installation, drywall finishing, roofing, siding, and plastering techniques
- Familiarity with construction management practices including safety protocols and project coordination
- Excellent physical condition with the ability to perform heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking during shifts
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools necessary for various construction tasks
- Experience working with schematics or technical diagrams for precise execution of projects
- Knowledge of restoration methods and remodeling procedures is a plus
- Valid experience in working on diverse construction sites with a focus on quality craftsmanship
