Supports and maintains all personal computers and other end user devices at Graham Health System and clinics, and provides user guidance on PC basics. Responsible for the acquisition and disposal of personal computers and peripheral devices. Assists with Help Desk coverage and ticket management.
- Associates degree or Certificate from an accredited technical program with an emphasis in personal computers or related area preferred.
- One year experience working in an Information Systems department supporting personal computers preferred
