Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the automotive sales team, setting clear goals and motivating members to achieve high performance levels.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including outbound sales campaigns, cold calling, and upselling techniques to maximize revenue.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service, B2B (business-to-business) interactions, and multilingual communication when applicable.
- Oversee the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a steady flow of high-end sales opportunities.
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, manage inventory control, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular training sessions on negotiation skills, phone etiquette, public speaking, and retail math to enhance team capabilities.
- Manage inventory levels effectively through inventory management practices and inventory control systems to meet customer demand efficiently.
- Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events and public speaking engagements to boost dealership visibility.
- Maintain organized records of all transactions, customer interactions, and sales support activities while adhering to organizational standards.
Experience
- Proven experience in automobile sales or dealership management with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated expertise in outside sales, B2B sales, and high-end automotive transactions.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in bilingual or multilingual settings preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math is essential for success in this role.
- Experience in retail sales environments with a focus on customer service excellence is highly valued.
- Ability to lead a team effectively through organizational skills, motivational techniques, and strategic planning.
