EA Premier Cleaning LLC is a small, locally-owned startup cleaning company serving Portland's West side, including Lake Oswego, West Linn, Dunthorpe, and surrounding communities. We're just getting going — which means the contractors who join us now are getting in on the ground floor. As we grow, you grow. More clients means more consistent job opportunities, and we're building this company alongside the people who help us clean.
We're looking for reliable, detail-oriented independent contractors to join our contractor network and take on cleaning jobs in these areas.
This is 1099 independent contractor work.
What You'll Do
- Perform residential cleanings (standard, deep clean, move-in/out, post-construction) at client homes
- Follow job details provided through our booking system for each appointment
- Bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Communicate professionally with clients and maintain a high standard of service
- Complete jobs within the scheduled window
Pay Structure
- Paid per job, based on a percentage of the job price (competitive, above-industry contractor split)
- No hourly wage — you're paid for the job, not the clock
Requirements
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout the Portland metro area
- Own cleaning supplies and equipment (we can advise on what's typically needed)
- Must carry your own liability insurance
- Prior residential cleaning experience preferred 1 year
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to operate as an independent contractor (own your own tools, set your own methods, no set schedule imposed by us)
- Smartphone for accessing job assignments and communicating with clients/dispatch
- Professional, punctual, and detail-oriented

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
