Tide Law Firm is a growing law firm that focuses its practice primarily in real estate transactions and related legal services. Responsibilities for this position include conducting real estate transactions and drafting documents such as business creation filings, powers of attorney, and simple wills. Compensation offers will depend on skill-sets, experience, and other factors.
-Current South Carolina license to practice law (active status) is required for all applicants
-Candidates with licenses in both South Carolina and North Carolina are particularly encouraged to apply
- Preference may be given for experience working South Carolina matters
- Preference may be given to candidates located in the Grand Strand of South Carolina. The firm currently operates three offfices in that region.
