Responsibilities: Design and develop solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns. Develop, modify and work using the technologies such as ServiceNow, ITIL Process, IBM WebSphere Suite AWS Cloud, SCCM, Microsoft IIS, Jenkins, Bamboo AWS Code Pipeline, AWS Code Deploy, GitHub, Internet Gateway, Oracle PL SQL, Dev Exchange, POSTMAN, SOAPUI. Writing custom SQL queries & developing Custom reports using SQL report builder. Develop system engineering, software engineering, system integration, or distributed system architectures. Creating ADRs for automatic deployment for Software Update Package & SU-Group Creation. Configure Maintenance windows, Schedule & deploy Software Updates to all servers across enterprise. Troubleshoot SCCM client issues and bring all devices into SCCM management. Must be willing to travel to set up systems to various clients at unanticipated locations across the nation and perform feasibility studies and evaluate user requirements.
