Problem solving, hands-on, attention to detail, communication, technical knowledge, time management, and the ability to work under pressure. This is done when addressing resident issues by completing work orders. Completing punch-outs by the requested move in date. Routine preventive maintenance to improve community assets, as well as Emergency On-Call rotation. Knowledge in plumbing, electric, painting, carpentry, drywall, HVAC, and appliance repairs, is a plus but willing to train.
Looking for someone to work hard and have pride in their skills. Someone to be a team player (long term) to complete our maintenance staff.
