Job description
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Associate with strong forklift operation skills to support daily warehouse and store operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team. Spanish is required, and bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, and move merchandise within the warehouse
- Receive, inspect, sort, price tag, and organize incoming shipments
- Prepare and stage products for distribution, pickup, or display
- Restock merchandise efficiently and accurately
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory counts and accuracy checks
- Keep warehouse, stockroom, sales floor, and back-of-house areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Assist with merchandising, floor moves, resets, and promotional setups
- Set up and assemble fixtures, display units, or light furniture as needed
- Work as a team player and collaborate with team members to keep operations running smoothly
Qualifications
- Proven forklift operating experience; certification preferred
- Ability to lift and carry heavy merchandise, up to 50 lbs or more
- Comfortable standing and working on your feet for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Spanish required; bilingual Spanish/English preferred
- Previous warehouse, stockroom, retail, or logistics experience is a plus
Work Environment
This is a fast-paced warehouse and retail support environment that may include exposure to varying temperatures. The role requires accuracy, safety, and efficiency while helping maintain a positive team and customer experience
