Porter/ housekeeper/tech- position for apartment community is open – Midland, Texas
Veritee Property Solutions is seeking a full-time Porter/ housekeeper/tech to be part of a 2 man maintenance team. Responsibilities include the grounds, trash, the pool (Experience with pools is a must), building exteriors & leasing office, parking lots & other community buildings of a multi-family residential apartments. Make readies and work orders as assigned. Some on call.
This position has its hands in a bit of everything.
A good attitude and a willingness to work will also go a long way.
