Teaching assistant works in a friendly multi-age primary classroom practicing the Montessori Philosophy in a child- centered environment. Assistant helps guide children, meet the daily needs in the classroom and work cohesively with the lead teacher. A calm Montessori environment~ including, but not limited to, the Montessori work cycle, outside play time, art activities, lunch, rest and hands on works and activities.
Training provided and (paid for) Montessori credentials an option for qualified candidates.
Friendly and supportive staff.
College degree or teaching certificate required.
Experience working with children required.
CPR/FA/AED required and provided if needed.
Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
