In this role, you will be responsible for educating potential customers about the benefits of solar energy and guiding them through the process of transitioning to solar power. You will engage with clients through various methods, including door-to-door outreach, to promote our solar solutions and ensure a seamless customer experience. Excellent communication skills are essential for success in this position.
Duties
- Door to Door Sales and Canvassing
- Conduct street team pop-ups and door-to-door visits to identify potential customers interested in solar energy solutions
- Hand out canvassing marketing and advertising materials
- Educate clients on the advantages of solar energy, including cost savings
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and share best practices
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company database.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions.
Experience
- Previous experience in solar sales and/or street canvassing is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service background with proven ability to build relationships and trust with clients is preferred
- Multilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Spanish, are highly encouraged to apply as it enhances communication with diverse clientele.
- Leadership qualities and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment are essential.
