What You’ll Do:
- As a Frontier Sales Agent, speak with customers about Frontier services
- Help customers enroll and provide step-by-step support during sign-up
- Answer questions and offer helpful support for service or billing needs
- Recommend services based on customer needs
- Build strong relationships through consistent customer support
- Stay up to date on current products and promotions
- Complete basic sales transactions and documentation
