Vita Plus Pharm Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our growing team. This role provides essential administrative coordination across various departments while contributing to the smooth day-to-day operations of the organization. Responsibilities
- Manage office correspondence, filing systems, and document management
- Maintain organized records and ensure timely follow-up on action items
- Greet visitors, direct incoming calls, and provide front-desk support as needed
- Maintain employee records and support HR compliance documentation
- Assist with data entry, invoice processing, and expense tracking
- Liaise with vendors and internal teams to resolve billing or payment inquiries
- Monitor and maintain office supplies; restocking and ordering items as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
