In this lively role, you will be responsible for serving snacks, candy and beverages, managing customer orders efficiently and maintaining a clean, inviting concession area. Your energetic attitude and excellent customer service skills will help ensure every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. This is a seasonal position and you must be able to pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food items such as snacks, beverages, and quick-serve meals with precision and attention to quality standards
- Operate the Square POS to process retail sales transactions accurately
- Manage customer orders efficiently, upselling items to enhance sales and guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean workspace by sanitizing counters and keeping drinks, candy and snacks stocked and well organized
- Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and give correct change while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures
Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to sanitation standards
- Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing retail math calculations
- Prior experience in cashiering or retail sales transactions is advantageous
