We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machinery, ensuring production efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery, conveyor belts.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Follow detailed work instructions to assemble products accurately on the assembly line.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area within the warehouse or factory setting.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Safely operate forklifts when necessary to transport materials within the facility.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to production tasks.
- Experience with assembly line operations
- Knowledge of safety protocols in operating machinery and handling materials safely.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
