Provide SME-level SIGINT/EW expertise rooted in 2621/2629 occupational knowledge to guide capability development within the SSF program.
Conduct advanced SIGINT collection, processing, and analytic workflows, including manual/digital signal exploitation, precision geolocation, and tactical RF analysis consistent with 2621/2629 operational standards.
Apply Electronic Warfare system expertise to evaluate emitter characteristics, signal vulnerabilities, and spectrum behavior; provide detailed feedback on SSF-integrated EW/SIGINT sensor performance and data fidelity.
Validate SIGINT/EW system interoperability by assessing modulation types, signal parameters, and end to end data flows across collection, transport, processing, and analytic nodes, leveraging Fleet experience with tactical SIGINT/EW toolsets.
Work directly with RDTE testers, developers, and integrators to ensure SIGINT capabilities meet operational requirements and adhere to DEVSECOPS best practices.
Translate Fleet user needs and operational workflows into actionable technical requirements and design inputs for SSF capability developers.
Participate in test events, evaluations, and technical demonstrations; assess SIGINT functionality, system performance, and mission readiness.
Review and validate SIGINT/EW data flows, processing logic, and system interoperability across SSF components and external support systems.
Support integration of new SIGINT tools, analytics, and services into the SSF architecture.
Provide after-action observations, gap analysis, and recommended improvements to developers and program leadership.
Serve as liaison between USMC Fleet user groups and the RDTE development community to ensure accurate operational representation.
Assist in developing operational use cases, test plans, and documentation related to SIGINT capability development and implementation.
Contribute to continuous improvement of DEVSECOPS pipelines associated with SIGINT applications and services.
