Position
We are seeking an experienced Omakase Sushi Chef to join our team.
Responsibilities
* Prepare sushi, sashimi, nigiri, and omakase courses to a high standard.
* Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation.
* Keep the sushi station clean and organized.
* Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
* Work efficiently with the team to provide an excellent guest experience.
Qualifications
* Previous omakase sushi experience is required.
* Strong knife skills and fish preparation knowledge.
* Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
* Authorized to work in the U.S.
Schedule
* Sunday–Thursday: 7.5-hour shifts
* Friday & Saturday: 9-hour shifts
* 35–40 hours per week
* Weekend availability required.
Compensation
* $33/hour
