Expanding home care agency is seeing Full-Time Office Assistant to join our expanding team! Ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal, organization and follow-up skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
Compensation varies based on experience.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Provide general administrative support including copy, filing, faxing and scanning
· Supports Human Resources department in reviewing and screening prospective candidates.
· Assist Human Resources and Payroll department in resolving discrepancies.
· Provide administrative support for Human Resources Manager as requested.
· Assists other departments as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
· Upbeat, positive attitude
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment
· Must be computer savvy and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook)
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize is extremely important
· Must be self-organized, and capable of managing a fast-paced workload
· Willing to grow with company
· Attention to detail a must
· Minimum of one (1) year of office experience required
· Bilingual; Haitian Creole preferred
