Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented On Site Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion. Duties
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects on-site, including scheduling, resource allocation, and safety compliance
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project progression
- Monitor project progress using construction management software and update schedules regularly
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications
- Utilize tools such as ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and other construction management software for planning and documentation
- Conduct site inspections to verify quality standards, safety protocols, and adherence to project plans
- Manage project documentation including daily reports, incident logs, change orders, and progress updates
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and maintain clear communication channels
Skills
- Extensive experience with construction site management and project coordination - minimum 5 years
- Proficiency in construction estimating and project scheduling tools such as HeavyBid
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and construction drawings
- Familiarity with civil engineering software like Civil 3D is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and construction documents accurately
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines
- Proven leadership in managing diverse teams on active construction sites
- Deep understanding of construction safety standards and protocols
- Skilled in using construction management platforms such as ProCore and Bluebeam for documentation and collaboration
- Experience with contract administration and change order processing is preferred
