This is a field-based, physically demanding role focused on wildlife exclusion, repairs, and preventative solutions for residential and commercial properties.

Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to climb ladders and work on roofs safely
- Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and other confined spaces
- Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
- Ability to work outdoors in Texas heat and varying weather conditions
- Comfortable working around wildlife, debris, insulation, and environmental hazards
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Valid driver’s license (company vehicle provided)
- Willingness to follow safety procedures and company standards
Experience
- Inspecting homes and buildings to identify wildlife entry points
- Performing exclusion and repair work on roofs, vents, siding, foundations, and attics
- Installing screens, vent covers, chimney caps, and other preventative barriers
- Removing animal debris according to company safety protocols
- Safely using ladders, hand tools, and power tools
- Taking before-and-after photos and documenting completed work
- Communicating professionally with customers about findings and completed services
- Maintaining company tools, equipment, and assigned vehicle

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
