Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Air Conditioning Helper/Installer to join our HVAC team. In this role, you will assist in installing air conditioning systems across various properties. Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of air conditioning units, ductwork, and related HVAC equipment according to schematics and design plans
- Assist with welding, mechanical repairs, and equipment repair tasks necessary for system installation
- Follow safety protocols during field service operations and ensure all work complies with industry standards
- Support the team in reading schematics and understanding HVAC design specifications for efficient installation
Experience
- Prior experience in construction or service technician roles related to HVAC is preferred
- Familiarity with schematics, HVAC design principles and mechanical knowledge is highly desirable
- Ability to operate tools such as torch kits and common tools
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
