Ridgecut Construction LLC is hiring a dependable and motivated Carpenter / Construction Laborer to join our growing company. This is a W-2 employee position with a $20.00/hour starting wage, an introductory period to ensure a good fit, and clear opportunities for wage growth based on performance and skill development.

Position Overview
This role is ideal for someone with construction or carpentry experience who takes pride in quality work and is interested in growing with a small, hands-on company. The introductory period allows both the employee and Ridgecut Construction LLC to ensure the position is a good fit before long-term commitment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with and perform general carpentry and construction tasks
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Follow plans, instructions, and job specifications
- Maintain job site cleanliness and safety standards
- Work collaboratively with the owner and team
- Communicate clearly and professionally on job sites
- Follow instructions from supervisors to perform tasks such as framing, drywall installation, or concrete work
- Support team members in executing various construction activities to meet project deadlines
Experience
- Prior experience in general construction or related manual labor roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards on the job site
- Good communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
- Basic understanding of construction processes and terminology is a plus but not mandatory
