Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas, ensuring consistency in flavor, presentation, and quality.
- Follow established recipes and menu plans to deliver authentic and innovative pizza options.
- Handle food ingredients with care, maintaining proper food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist in menu planning by suggesting new pizza flavors or toppings to excite our guests.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, knives, and other culinary tools.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including food prep stations and cooking equipment.
- Support food service operations by preparing ingredients ahead of time and assisting team members during busy periods.
Experience
- Previous experience working in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly valued.
- Proven background in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service—particularly within the food industry or catering environments.
- Strong knife skills and familiarity with meal preparation techniques are essential.
- Experience with food handling, safety protocols, and kitchen sanitation standards.
- Exposure to fine dining settings or restaurant environments enhances your ability to deliver exceptional quality.
- Knowledge of menu planning and culinary concepts related to pizza making is preferred.
