Full Time Recreation Therapy Position in a Therapeutic Day School Setting
Located in Romeoville, IL
M-F 8:00 am - 3:30 pm school day

Rec Therapist plans and implements group recreation therapy for each classroom, class sizes average 10 students. Therapy groups put a strong emphasis on development of age-appropriate scial and emotional goals, creative self-expression, etc.
Rec Therapist also assist with our interdisciplinary atheltics program. Rec therapist works closely with the rest of the Expressive Therapy team, including music therapists and art therapists.
Opportunity to work with the transition program to support weekly community engagement.
