T1 Workforce is building an elite team of commercial electricians for some of the most technically demanding projects in Texas.

We're looking for electricians who take pride in their craft, solve problems without being told, and want to work alongside top-tier contractors.

What You'll Be Doing
- Commercial electrical installation
- EMT, rigid, and cable tray systems
- Switchgear and distribution equipment
- Blueprint and specification interpretation
- Mission-critical construction environments
Minimum Requirements
- Active Texas Journeyman Electrician License
- 5+ years commercial electrical experience
- Ability to read blueprints
- Proficient with EMT installation and bending
- Reliable transportation
- Professional attitude and appearance
Preferred Experience
- Data centers
- Semiconductor facilities
- Hospitals
- Industrial facilities
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
This Position Is NOT For
- Residential electricians
- Individuals requiring constant supervision

- Those unwilling to maintain professional standards
Compensation & Pay
- $32–$40 per hour, based on experience, certifications, and project requirements
- Weekly pay
- Overtime available on most projects
- W-2 employment — not 1099

Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour
