We're looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused individual to help with our daily dealership operations.
Position Includes:
Answering phones and assisting customers
Processing and funding vehicle deals
Collecting customer payments
Organizing paperwork and office tasks
Supporting day-to-day dealership operations
What We Offer:
Starting Pay: $17/hour + Performance Bonuses
Part-Time with Flexible Hours
Opportunity to grow into a full-time management position
Preferred Qualifications:
- Customer service experience
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person!

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years dealership office experience (preferred)
- Funding experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Dealercenter, RouteOne, or similar DMS
- Familiarity with DMV paperwork
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
