Responsibilities of this job:
- Administer medications
- Lifting required- 75 lbs
- Documentation of daily activities
- Assisting client to and from activities in the community
- Assisting the client with managing their money
- Assist with all hygiene care (shower, brushing teeth, changing diapers, etc)
- Activities in the home (coloring, puzzles, games, chores, etc)
- Requirements:
- Treating the client with dignity and respect
- Responsible, clean, professional
- Must have a high school diploma, GED, or proof of 5 years of experience in direct care
- Must have a dependable insured vehicle
- Need to be able to lift and transfer
- Pass a background screening
- Complete adult first aid/CPR/AED classes
- Complete Level 1 Med Aid (training's paid for)
Prefer experience with caring for others but willing to train the right person

Reporting to the Care Manager, your role focuses on delivering compassionate caregiving, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring the well-being of residents. With core skills in long-term care and home & community care, along with premium skills in first aid, you will help create a safe and nurturing environment. Your dedication will enhance the quality of life for those you serve, making a meaningful impact in their daily experiences.
