We're looking for a Front Desk Receptionist who believes that every patient interaction matters. In our practice, the front desk is more than a check-in station—it's where trust begins. This role is primarily focused on front office responsibilities, but we're looking for someone who also has dental assisting experience and is willing to jump in wherever the team needs support. What You'll Do
Welcome Every Patient with Hospitality
- Create a warm, professional, and memorable first impression for every patient and guest.
- Check patients in and out while ensuring information is accurate and complete.
- Schedule appointments efficiently to maximize patient convenience and practice flow.
- Answer incoming calls with professionalism, empathy, and confidence.
- Verify dental insurance eligibility and assist patients with questions.
- Collect payments and maintain accurate financial records.
- Maintain patient records while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
- Keep the reception area organized, inviting, and patient-ready.
- Assist with administrative duties including scanning, filing, and document management.
- Partner closely with providers and clinical team members to keep the schedule running smoothly.
- Resolve patient concerns with compassion, professionalism, and a solutions-focused mindset.
Support the Clinical Team
- Step into the back office during busy times to support patient care.
- Prepare and stock treatment rooms.
- Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA and infection control standards.
- Escort patients throughout their visit to create a seamless experience.
- Provide chairside assistance when needed.
- Help maintain an efficient clinical workflow that supports both patients and teammates.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of two (2) years of dental assisting experience required.
- Previous dental front office or dental receptionist experience preferred.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and common dental procedures.
- Experience with dental practice management software preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive, patient-focused attitude.
- Comfortable using computers and standard office technology.
