Position: Senior Engineering Technician – Advanced Power Generation (APG)

What this person will do
This is a senior electrical design/drafting role supporting power generation projects such as power plants and advanced energy facilities.
The person will:
- Create and modify 2D/3D electrical drawings
- Design duct banks
- Design cable tray layouts
- Prepare grounding layouts
- Prepare lighting layouts (AGI32 is a plus)
- Coordinate with electrical engineers and other design teams
- Review drawings for quality and standards
- Mentor junior designers/technicians
- Work with project schedules and budgets
Must-Have Skills
✅ 11+ years of engineering design/drafting experience
✅ Strong Bentley MicroStation
✅ Power Generation or Power Plant project experience
✅ Electrical design experience including:
- Duct Bank Design
- Cable Tray Design
- Grounding
- Equipment Layouts
✅ 3D Modeling
✅ Diploma/Certificate (Associate Degree preferred)
Pay: $60.00 - $84.00 per hour
