Job Title: Clerical Support 1-5
Classification: Non-Exempt – Department 3000 – Seasonal
Reports To: Executive Team
Wage: $19.48– $21.92 Hourly
Clerical Support will provide general office support to assist in the functioning of the company. This job requires work to be performed in an office environment. The job is performed under very comfortable working conditions; any disagreeable elements are generally absent during normal performance of the job.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties

Intense and exacting mental and visual attention.
Constant repetitive use of both hands for keying/typing.
Constant sitting.
Occasional twisting at the neck and waist.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Full-time seasonal position (hours of work and days vary).
Eligible for overtime pay (non-exempt according to the Fair Labor Standards Act).
Length of service is relative to the grape harvest.
Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED required.
A minimum of two years office experience.
Proficient computer skills.
Ability to read, write and speak English.
Proficient written communication and mathematical skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences (i.e. staff, winery personnel, etc.).
General safety knowledge.
